Along the Yangtze River

Completion of the Three Gorges Dam will raise the water level 200 feet in the summer of 2003, and another 100 feet a few years later.  Consequently cities and villages along the river have been rebuilt on high.  The gleaming tower below sits above the soon-to-be demolished/flooded old city along the present river bank.
